Bellavista Apartment is a lovely 90 sq.mt three-room apartment recently renovated, which directly overlooks Lake Varese.
Located on the 1st floor of one of the historic buildings of Gavirate, along the route that connects Lake Varese to Lake Maggiore.
The apartment is spacious and bright, with large windows, large kitchen, living room with a beautiful view of the lake and 2 double bedrooms for a total of 5 beds which can become 6 using the sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment is equipped with central heating, a box for the shelter of bicycles and canoes and the building's parking is always free and free.
